Telehealth from the comfort of your home in Utah.
I'm not just any therapist—I'm here to be your mental health navigator in the wild ride of life. I specialize in maternal mental health, anxiety, trauma treatment, couples therapy, infertility, grief and loss work, and mood disorders. My passion is helping you find balance, peace, authenticity and joy.
My journey into social work began with a simple goal: To walk with people in pain or joy to bring about authentic change in their lives so they can reach their goals, find peace in their selves and live the lives they have imagined. In our telehealth sessions, you'll find a judgment-free zone where you're encouraged to speak your truth, embrace your quirks, and sometimes, just have a good cry. It's never to late to be who you want to be. I believe that change is always possible and that healing often starts with a smile and maybe even a giggle.
My expertise in infertility is deeply personal. After navigating my own infertility journey to have my son, I bring a unique empathy and understanding to clients facing similar challenges. My work with grief and loss is infused with compassion, as I support clients through some of their most challenging moments, helping them find hope and resilience. I also specialize in anxiety and mood disorders, offering strategies and support to manage conditions like postpartum depression and bipolar disorder among others.
When I'm not in session, you can find me chasing my own little one, practicing yoga and meditation, and cooking up a storm in the kitchen. I'm a self-proclaimed geek, with a love for superheroes and all things geek culture. I enjoy reading, cosplay, exploring all things witchy, and creating inspirational card decks. My superpower? Turning anxiety into action, trauma into triumph, and loss into a path for new beginnings—all while making you feel like you're chatting with an old friend.
So, if you're in need of a mental health boost, someone to walk the path to change with, a compassionate ear, or just someone to share your latest life challenges with, I'm here for you. Because I believe that while life may not come with a manual, it definitely deserves a supportive sidekick.
